Breast augmentation is the enlargement or improvement of breast shape by appropriate implants. It is one of the most sought after aesthetic treatments domestically and abroad. Thousands of performed surgeries, development of methods and implant material makes the procedure a matter of routine, which on one hand improves aesthetic appearance, overall body harmony, and also the psyche, because it significantly increases client self-confidence. This breast enlargement or augmentation is an effective solution for women, who are not happy with their breast size; whether due to insufficiently developed breasts or where fat tissue loss occurred causing a sagging shape of breasts. It is the volume of fat tissue and breast glands that define the size of women's breasts.

Augmentation is enlargement of breasts using special implants, which replace the lack of tissue. Implants for augmentation are selected from a selection of various shapes according to anatomical conditions, individual client wishes and imagination. Augmentation Implants are of various shapes, can be oval or anatomical, which follow the natural breast shape (shape of a drop). Besides the shape we also differentiate implants by profiles and sizes, which enable us to achieve required size and form a stronger breast or a different shape.

In breast enlargements we use only quality tested and verified implants, which most often contain a silicone gel, possibly a physiological solution. Breast implants are inserted under the mammary gland on top of the large breast muscle or under the breast muscle. Placement of implant is decided by the physician at consultation exam based on client body disposition and resulting effect, which the client wishes to achieve through the augmentation. Based on a wish by the client implants can be used to create truly large breasts, but only based on a diligent consultation and evaluation of body proportions and dispositions.

Breast enlargement is performed in a full anesthesia following a complex pre op examination. The surgery procedure lasts about an hour and requires 1-2 days of hospitalization. Just as placement, even insertion of implant is selected according to the recommendation of the operating physician with consideration to client wishes. There are 3 possible approaches:
- from a short cut around the areola on the border of light and pigmented skin in its bottom section. It is this color border that enables effective hiding of a very discreet tiny scar.
- from the cut in breast crease, which is the most common procedure. The resulting scar is usually 4 - 5 centimeters long and is placed into the natural fold of the breast crease.
- from a cut in the armpit, where in case of good healing the minimally visible scar is hidden in the armpit, but this procedure is more demanding.

While performing breast enlargement it is also possible to perform shaping of possible asymmetry or modeling of distinctively sagging breasts. With respect to the fact that breast implants are inserted under the mammary gland or under the breast muscle, the possible nursing is not effected, just as a possible examination of this gland.
