The principle of the buttocks modeling by fat grafting, or buttocks autoaugmentation, is the filling of the breast volume with one's own fat as quality filler, which was taken from another body area, most often from issue areas. The benefit of the procedure is body's own material, i.e. zero risk of antigen reaction (rejection or allergic reaction to foreign material), fast healing and gentleness of the treatment itself. The entire procedure is ambulatory with only local anesthesia or in analgosedation. This means minimal burden for the organism and no stay at the clinic is required; client goes home after the procedure. Fat is very gently removed from problem area in order to cause damage to minimum number of fat cells. Afterwards it is centrifuged, processed in a sterile separator, which separates the healthy viable cells from the damaged ones and then it is applied into desired location. Transfer of the processed fat into the buttocks then requires just a small cannula puncture. No scars or marks remain after the treatment.
